Consultation

Before the first home cleaning is scheduled, the prospective clients and Carol Mecionis, owner and service provider of Carol's Cleaning Services, will meet at the client's home for a consultation that generally lasts between thirty and sixty minutes. During this visit, which is generally scheduled on a Saturday the following will be covered:

We will review your household cleaning needs along with Carol's Cleaning Service's policies, service guide, payments, schedules and any questions you may have.

Carol's Cleaning Service will complete a sample home cleaning plan, including a room by room checklist. Only the items listed on the checklist will be cleaned during our scheduled visits.

Emergency information and contact forms will be filled out.

Arrangements will be made for a date to begin services.

Please keep in mind that the consultation is a time to meet and share information regarding the service of a home. Not all cleaner-client matches are appropriate, therefore Carol's Cleaning Service reserves the right to decline services.
