Terms of Service
Carol's Cleaning Services will:
- Give you a set time for your cleaning, with a one hour variance to allow for road and traffic conditions.
- Complete all services described in the home plan.
- Dispose of chemicals in a utility or other sink that you designate.
- Bring in mail and newspapers if asked to.
- Maintain client house keys, home cleaning plans, and alarm codes in a fireproof safe at the residence of Carol Mecionis, proprietor.
What don't you do?
Our employees can not climb higher than a step stool, move or lift any objects over 50 pounds, prepare meals, provide any pet or children-related services, clean up any pet waste, human waste, vomit, or blood.
We do not work in a home where there are children or teenagers present. Please arrange for your children to be away from home during your scheduled cleaning times. Pets need to be crated or placed in a gated area.
We also do not:
- Access your phone or answering machine.
- Provide services in a home that does not have heating in the winter or air conditioning in the summer.
- Exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted client.
- Operate your motor vehicle.
- Throw circuit breakers or replace fuses.
- Operate your motor vehicle.
- Let in service people such as meter readers, UPS drivers, and so forth.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, stoves, trash compactors or other gas, electric or kerosene applicances.
